Before your Appointment

To make your appointment efficient, please read the following instructions before your appointment.

  • Bring a government ID or passport (copies okay).
  • Bring all IRCC documents for the medical exam.
  • Bring a list of medications and any recent medical reports.
  • No fasting is required.
  • No need to bring photos.
  • We take the photos for you
  • All exams are sent via eMedical in under 5 days.
  • Proof of exam will be given to you on the same day.
  • Bring an interpreter if you do not understand French, English, Spanish or Arabic.
  • If you are a refugee:
  • Bring the Interim Federal Health Refugee Document or the Acknowledgment Of Receipt. (IFHP, brown paper)

Once your medical exam has been performed by our IRCC Panel Physicians, we will provide you a confirmation that you have performed your medical exam with an eMedical tracking sheet.

Your results will be sent within 5 days.
